ACTIVITIES OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT WITHIN LUNGLEI DISTRICT ON OBSERVANCEOF MASS CLEANLINESS DRIVE DT. 7.10.2021
1. DC Office, Lunglei : On this day each Branch of the office clear up their respective room. Rubbing windows pane, cleaning floor, arrangement pf rooms and clearing unnecessary things. Some staff are also detailed to clean the surrounding compound of the office. Arrangement for refreshment were also provided for the nourishment of the staff. It was a great experience and everyone contributed to it.
2. Superintendent of Police, Lunglei : Cleaning inside and outside office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor, arrangement of the room and some staff clear the surrounding of the office.
3. SE, PWD : Cleaning inside and outside Office like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
4. CPO, HPC : The cleanliness drive was begun by segreted Office Staff into various groups who took up charge to cleaning various parts of the Office building, main Office, Conference Hall and Officers room and Quarters floor by floor. Brooms and dusting sticks, cloths were picks with great enthusiasm and everyone started their respective jobs. While some of the staff did the dusting/cleaning of the office building other groups went to cleaning Garage, Retaining walls around the office. Overall 25 members of staff participate willingly armed with brooms, dustbin & cloths in collecting garbage and cleaning Office premise. Arrangement for refreshment were also provided for the nourishment of the staff. It was a great experience and everyone contributed to it.
5. Divisional Forest Officer, Lunglei : Cleaning of the office and its premises was taken up and all waste materials were disposed by departmental truck at public dumping site. For handling and storage of wastes, three separate dustbin viz. for biodegradables (green), for non-biodegradable (blue) and solid wastes like glass, plastic, etc. (yellow) is prepared and placed in the office vicinity.
6. Chief Medical Officer, Lunglei : Cleaning inside and outside office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor, arrangement of the room and some staff clear the surrounding of the office.
7. EE, PWD, Lunglei Road Div-II : Cleaning of Office building rooms, window glass, wall, ceiling, floor and surrounding of the office also a new office signboard was attached.
8. District Horticulture officer, Lunglei : Cleaning inside and outside office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor, arrangement of the room and some staff clear the surrounding of the office.
9. BDO, Lunglei : Cleaning inside and outside Office like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
10. BDO, Bunghmun : Cleaning inside and outside Office like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
11. Superintending Engineer, P&E, Lunglei Power Circle : Cleaning inside and outside Office like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
12. Govt. J. Buana College, Lunglei : On this day 42 persons Teaching staff, non-teaching staff and Student Union leaders were present, cleaning their campus and classroom.
13. District Social Welfare Officer, Lunglei : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office. Unfortunately there are only a few staff at the programme due to Covid-19 positive on their staff.
14. Principal Extension Training Center : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office. Unfortunately there are only a few staff present on this day due to Covid-19 positive on their staff. Also all the surrounding complex are impossible to clear up because the centre is used as Dedicated Covid Health Care (DCHC).
15. District Sericulture Officer, Lunglei : Inside and outside Office building are clear up like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office. Repairing of table and painting office wall was done and Grainange Building and is surrounding compound was also clean up on this day.
16. District Agriculture Officer, Lunglei : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
17. Assistant Controller, P & S : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
18. Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Lunglei Zone : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
19. Asst. Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics : Staff were divided into 3 groups, each group were headed by Officers and had cleaned their respective tasked in and outside the Office. All group were participated under the supervision of Asst. Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics, Lunglei.
20. District Programme Officer, Lunglei : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office. In commemoration of the day, Cylon Ironwood (Herhse) was planted on the compound of the Office.
21. Officer Commanding, Mizoram Home Guard & Civil Defence : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.
22. PWD, Lunglei Circle : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office.

29. Child Development Project Officer, ICDS : Cleaning inside and outside Office building like rubbing windows pane, cleaning the floor and sweeping the surrounding office. Unfortunately there are only a few staff present due to Covid -19 positive in their staff.
